By personal improvement I mean specifically physical and executive states of my person and mind. Most of the former is directed to addressing aging and preventing neurogeneration the limit success of which would be to reach new personal bests in both. In executive function, I mean the elimination of the kind of negative and counterproductive activities one falls into from the ambient culture and development of increasingly effective replacement behaviours.
