I often deal with clients (and some co-workers) with little or no understanding of software development. At some point, relations are basically economic and you can, to the extent those relations are well formed, appropriate to the development situation, ignore the details of computer software development in whatever enterprise that is dependent on it that you're engaged in. For the gap, I've assembled the material below.
