The master daemon software and all of its dependencies have been setup on the delivery server cfs.uthscsa.edu. At this time there is no packaging for a general install of the unix server but copying the MD tree from the delivery server to any other Linux host which has the third party packages installed should allow the MD makefile to build the programs.
